Cancellation

Before Shipping: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After Shipping: Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the art arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damage.

"Change of Mind": Since our abstract pieces are [printed/framed] to order, we do not currently accept returns for "change of mind." We encourage you to use the pictures provided for each product before purchasing.
Refund Process
